Note: Proof of damaged planter or plant needs to be provided to RejuveNate - Plants & Wellness within 24 hours of receiving the product, in order for us to fully honor your request.

Please be aware that all orders are MADE TO ORDER. Due to high production at this time, please allow 10 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of ordering, for order completion. Once your order is completed you will receive a confirmation via email that it is ready for pick up, delivery or shipping. If you choose shipping, please allow 2-5 business days AFTER the 10 production days, to receive your order. We ship via 2 day priority shipping with the United States Postal Service. Once placed with USPS, we are not responsible for missing or lost packages. If you do have a problem in any way, please make us aware and we will be more then willing to help you figure it out! 

Order Pick Ups take place every Saturday from 11am - 2pm! Come to our shop (our garage) - pick up your order and shop our stock! You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick up!
