We offer Paint & Plant Wellness classes where we utilize hands-on creative therapy to provide self care, to learn about the importance of mental health education and to help de-stigmatize the conversation around mental health.

Our classes are for everyone, of all ages!

We provide each participant with a Paint Kit and educate all on how plants, nature, painting and creative outlets benefit our mental health and act as positive outlets to combat mental health symptoms.

We host classes in our shop and travel to a location of your convenience!
